Service Description

This 30 minute session is ideal for those with specific complaints and trigger points. With a focus on creating twitch responses in the muscle to reset contracted muscle fibres. After the twitch motor nerve response, the muscle relaxes and returns to normal, pain decreases and there is a greater increase in range of motion. Dry needling may not be suitable for everyone, so please feel free to have a chat with me if you have any questions.
